These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrafficBot. By accessing or using our services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrafficBot's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You are not barred from using the services under any applicable laws
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

Traffic from social media platforms

Services to improve search rankings

Service Limitations

Please note that our services:

  • ⚠ Do not guarantee specific business outcomes or conversions
  • ⚠ May be affected by third-party platform changes
  • ⚠ Are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis

3. User Account

Account Responsibilities

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account

Account Activity

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Unauthorized Access

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Billing

All fees are billed in advance

Credits

Credits never expire

Payment Policies

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
  • Purchased credits roll over to subsequent months
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for unused credits or technical issues not caused by user error.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our services to:

  • ✗ Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • ✗ Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • ✗ Harm or manipulate competitors' websites
  • ✗ Generate traffic to illegal or harmful content
  • ✗ Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms
  • ✗ Engage in click fraud or ad fraud
  • ✗ Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • ✗ Infringe upon intellectual property rights

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by TrafficBot and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

7. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • • Contacting our support team
  • • Using the account deletion feature
  • • Canceling your subscription

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • • Violation of these Terms
  • • Non-payment of fees
  • • Fraudulent or illegal activity

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Unused credits may be forfeited depending on the reason for termination.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • • The services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • • The results obtained will meet your requirements
  • • Any errors in the services will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAFFICBOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrafficBot, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:

  • Send you an email notification (for material changes)
  • Post a notice on our website

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TrafficBot regarding the use of our services
