At TrafficBot, we strive to provide high-quality traffic generation services. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate delivery of traffic, we have specific policies regarding refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of traffic delivery services, we generally DO NOT offer refunds once services have been initiated or credits have been used.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We may consider refunds in the following situations:
If we fail to deliver the purchased services due to technical problems on our platform and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a system error.
If you have not used any credits from your purchase and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, subject to verification.
If the delivered service significantly differs from what was advertised and we cannot rectify the issue.
We cannot provide refunds in the following situations:
After purchasing and using credits
Once any portion of purchased credits has been consumed
Results not meeting expectations despite service delivery as described
Problems with your website, hosting, or other third-party services
Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
Changes in search engine algorithms, social media policies, or other external factors
Note: Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Your service continues until the end of the paid period.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for refund request

Refunds are issued in the original currency and to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or payment account.
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for partially delivered services. The amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your purchase.
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal by providing additional information. We encourage resolving issues directly before initiating chargebacks, as this may result in account suspension.
